- A Mum to two handsome preschool boys, an early childhood teacher and a student (ece/primary through Massey University)I somehow find time to make the occassional cake/cupcakes. I am a self taught novice. Cake decorating is my hobby. I LOVE IT! :) I mostly created cakes using fondant and cupcakes using buttercream icing.
